Wayne truly loves what he does and it shows in work. He is thorough and makes sure you understand every detail of his inspection. We had an issue this summer that prompted us to call him again and he came right over and helped us understand the problem. He doesn't recommend a fix unless truly needed. I cannot recommend him enough.

Wayne came to the house and quietly walked his way around the exterior and diagnosed the problem before he ever stepped foot in the basement! We have implemented his suggestions and we have not had a drop of water in the basement even with the wet spring this year including the record blizzard in April (2018). Money well spent! This became a legal issue and Wayne's analysis helped out lawyer get a settlement from the previous owners. Thanks so much Wayne! We have recommended you as the "go-to" foundation expert.
